This statement applies to the website of Tivan Prints FZE LLC, doing business as Faith Essentials ("Faith Essentials," "we," "us," or "our"), at https://faithessentials.shop, including the website designs you can preview there and our checkout.

Our commitment

Faith Essentials is committed to making our website usable by people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

Accessibility features

You should be able to:

• zoom in up to 200% without losing information or functionality;
• navigate the website using only a keyboard;
• use the website with a screen reader;
• stop moving images: turn on your device's "reduce motion" setting, and the website's animations stop.

Conformance status

Status: partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means that some parts of the website do not fully meet the standard. They are described under Non-accessible content.

We carried out our most recent accessibility evaluation in October 2026.

Non-accessible content

These are the known limitations of our website.

• Content provided by other services. Some parts of our website are provided by other companies: the payment form on our checkout page (Stripe), embedded sermon videos (YouTube) and the maps on our design previews (OpenStreetMap). We cannot guarantee that these meet our accessibility standard. Every address shown on a map is also written out in text beside it. If you cannot use the payment form, email us at support@faithessentials.shop and we will help you complete your purchase another way.
• Captions and transcripts for videos. Sermon videos on our design previews and church websites are hosted on YouTube. We do not provide captions or transcripts for them. Where captions are available, they come from YouTube or from the church that published the video.

When these limitations change, or our evaluations find others, we will update this statement.

How we evaluate accessibility

We evaluate the accessibility of our website ourselves, against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, using automated testing tools and manual testing. We navigate key pages, including our checkout, using only a keyboard, and check that pages remain usable when zoomed to 200%.

Automated accessibility checks also run on every change to our website before it is published, so that a change which introduces a known accessibility problem is caught before it reaches you.

This statement was prepared on October 2, 2026. We review it every year, and whenever we make significant changes to our website.
