Terms of Service
Last updated October 2, 2026
Agreement to our terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Tivan Prints FZE LLC, doing business as Faith Essentials ("Faith Essentials," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone in the United Arab Emirates.
Faith Essentials designs and builds websites for churches. Churches choose from a catalog of ready-made website designs, and can preview a design filled with their own church's details before buying. A church pays for its chosen design online. It then completes an onboarding form with its details: name, address, contact information, service times and leadership. We build the website from those details and publish it on a domain for the church, on infrastructure we manage. Each church website includes a contact form that forwards visitors' messages to the church. We also contact churches by email to offer our services. Our website at https://faithessentials.shop, the websites we build and host, and everything we do for you are together called the "Services."
You can reach us by email at support@faithessentials.shop, or by mail at Business Center, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah 22187, United Arab Emirates, or at 3118 FM 528 Rd, Webster, TX 77598.
By using the Services or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you are buying for a church or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to agree to these terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.
We may change these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, such as to our refund policy, our liability, our fees, or the law that governs these terms, we will tell our clients by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Using the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

1. Our services
The Services are offered to churches and other organizations for their own use, and they are intended for people in the United States and Canada. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. If you use the Services from another country, you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you there.
We do not promise that a website will be finished by any particular date. We build each site after we receive the church's onboarding form, and we will keep you informed as we go.
2. Intellectual property rights
What is ours
We own, or are licensed to use, everything that makes up the Services, apart from your content: our website designs, layouts, code, software, text, graphics, and the Faith Essentials name and logo. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your license to your website's design
When you buy a design, we grant your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that design for its own website, for as long as we build and host that website for you. You are buying a website built and run for you, not ownership of the design or of the code behind it, which we use for many churches.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or reuse our designs or code for any other website or organization, or offer them to others, without our written permission.
If you stop using the Services, your content remains yours, and on request we will send you a copy of the content you gave us. The design and code stay with us.
Domains
A domain that we register for your website is registered to us and owned by us, and you may use it for your website for as long as we host it. A domain that you already owned before using the Services remains yours.
If you stop using the Services, you may ask us to transfer a domain we registered for you into your name. We charge a transfer fee, and we will tell you the amount before the transfer begins. A domain is transferred only once any amounts you owe us have been paid.
3. User representations
By using the Services, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement;
- you are authorized to act for the church or organization you represent;
- the information you give us is true, accurate, and complete, and you will tell us if it changes;
- you will not use the Services for anything unlawful or unauthorized; and
- you will not access the Services by automated means, such as bots or scripts, except as these terms allow.
If information you give us is untrue or incomplete, we may suspend or refuse the Services.
4. Purchases and payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details are entered into Stripe's secure form and go directly to Stripe; we never receive or store your card number.
Prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you pay. We may change our prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.
We do not charge sales tax or VAT.
What your purchase includes
Your purchase includes building your website in the design you chose, publishing it, the first year of hosting, and, if we register a domain for you, its first year of registration. For the first three months after your website goes live, we also make changes to your website's content at no extra charge: its text, photographs, events, sermons, service times, and similar content. New pages, new features, or a different design are not content changes, and we quote them as paid work.
After the first year, and later changes
After the first year, hosting and domain renewal are paid by you. We will tell you the cost before any renewal or other charge becomes due, and nothing is charged without your agreement. If you choose not to renew, section 13 explains what happens to your website.
After the first three months, content changes and other requests are paid work. We will tell you the cost of each request before we start, and we do the work only if you agree.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. If something about a charge looks wrong, please contact us first, so that we can put it right quickly.
5. Refund policy
You may cancel your purchase for a full refund at any time before you submit your onboarding form, by emailing us at support@faithessentials.shop. Once your onboarding form has been submitted, we begin building your website and the purchase is non-refundable. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Because we sell a service, there are no items to return.
6. Prohibited activities
You may use the Services only for the purpose we provide them. You agree not to:
- copy, resell, or reuse our designs or code, or use the Services to build a competing product;
- collect data from the Services in bulk, by scraping or by any automated tool;
- deceive us or anyone else, or pretend to be someone you are not;
- interfere with the security of the Services, or try to reach any part of them you are not meant to;
- upload viruses or anything else designed to harm, disrupt, or track people through the Services;
- place on a website we host anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Services, except where the law allows it;
- harass or threaten anyone, including our staff; or
- use the Services in any way that breaks the law.
Churches are welcome to use their own websites to tell people about their events, ministries, and fundraisers.
7. Your content
To build your website, you send us content: your onboarding answers, and the photographs, logos, text, leader biographies, and sermon details that appear on your site ("Your Content").
When you send us Your Content, you confirm that:
- you own it, or have every license and permission needed for us to use it as these terms describe, including permission from the photographer of each photograph;
- every identifiable person shown or named in it has agreed to appear on your website, and a parent or guardian has agreed for any child;
- it is accurate, and it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law; and
- it is not defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful.
You are responsible for Your Content. We may refuse, edit for fit, or remove any content that we believe breaks these terms or the law.
8. Content license
You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, store, adapt (for example, by cropping or resizing a photograph), host, and display Your Content in order to build, publish, host, and maintain your website and to provide the Services to you.
We will not use your website or Your Content in our own marketing, such as in our portfolio, without your permission.
This license ends when we stop hosting your website, except for copies we must keep to meet legal or accounting obligations, and copies in routine backups, which are deleted in the normal course.
If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Services, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.
9. Third-party websites and content
The Services link to, and include content from, websites and services we do not own or control: for example, a church's social media pages, videos played from YouTube, maps from OpenStreetMap, and our payment processor. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Services management
We may, but are not obliged to, monitor the Services for breaches of these terms; remove or disable content that breaks them; take appropriate action, including reporting to the authorities, against anyone who breaks the law; and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and keep them working properly.
11. Privacy policy
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. The Services are hosted in the United States, and some files, such as images, are stored in Western Europe.
12. Copyright infringements
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material on a website we host infringes a copyright you own or control, please email us at support@faithessentials.shop with a description of the work, the address of the page where the material appears, and your contact details. We will look into it promptly, remove material that infringes, and let the church concerned know.
13. Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as you use the Services. We may suspend or end the Services, or remove content, if you break these terms or the law, or if we are required to by law. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
You may stop using the Services at any time by telling us. If either of us ends the Services, if you choose not to renew them, or if we ever stop offering them, we will give you at least 30 days' notice where we can, and send you a copy of Your Content on request. When the Services end, we stop hosting your website, and a domain we registered stays with us unless you ask us to transfer it to you (see section 2).
14. Modifications and interruptions
We may change, update, or improve the Services at any time. We work to keep the Services and the websites we host available, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. Problems with hardware, software, networks, or the services we rely on, as well as maintenance, can cause interruptions or delays. Subject to section 19, we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by the Services being unavailable.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. Subject to section 16, the courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
16. Dispute resolution
Informal negotiations first
If a dispute arises between you and us about these terms or the Services, we both agree to try to resolve it informally first. The party raising the dispute starts this by writing to the other, and we will both try in good faith to settle it for at least 30 days before starting arbitration.
Binding arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved informally, it will be finally settled by arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in force when the arbitration starts. There will be one arbitrator, the seat of the arbitration will be Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and the proceedings will be in English. Hearings may be held remotely. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be enforced by any court with jurisdiction.
Individual claims only
To the extent the law allows, a dispute may be brought only on an individual basis: not as a class action, not joined with any other proceeding, and not on behalf of anyone else.
Exceptions
Either of us may go to a court with jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights, or to seek urgent or injunctive relief, without first negotiating or arbitrating.
17. Corrections
Information in the Services may occasionally contain errors, including in descriptions or prices. We may correct any error at any time. If a price shown at checkout was wrong, we will contact you before going ahead, and you may cancel for a full refund.
18. Disclaimer
EXCEPT AS THESE TERMS EXPRESSLY STATE, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY WEBSITE WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT, SUCH AS VISITORS OR DONATIONS.
19. Limitations of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DONATIONS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.
ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS AFTER IT ARISES, OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
Some laws do not allow certain warranties or liabilities to be excluded or limited. Where those laws apply to you, some of the limits above may not apply, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.
20. Indemnification
You agree to protect us, and our officers, employees, and agents, against any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, brought by a third party and arising from Your Content (for example, a photograph you did not have the right to use), your breach of these terms, or your breach of anyone else's rights. We will tell you promptly about any such claim, and we may choose to handle its defense ourselves, with your cooperation.
21. User data
We keep the information you send us so that we can provide the Services, and we back it up regularly. Even so, please keep your own copies of the content you send us. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or corruption of that data.
22. Electronic communications, transactions, and signatures
When you visit the Services, email us, or complete our online forms, you are communicating with us electronically. You agree that agreements, notices, and other communications we send you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing, and you agree to the use of electronic records and electronic acceptance of these terms.
23. SMS text messaging
If you choose to receive text messages from the Faith Essentials program, we will send you updates about your website order and replies to your questions. You receive these messages only if you opt in, and opting in is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or email us at support@faithessentials.shop.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
24. California users and residents
If a complaint with us is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.
25. Miscellaneous
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms, for example to a company that takes over the Services; you may not transfer yours without our written consent. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
